Traditional Sun-Drying
Following centuries-old tradition, the harvested coconuts are carefully split and sun-dried on natural bamboo mats. This patient, unhurried process allows the copra to develop its distinctive rich aroma and flavor profile, preserving the natural enzymes and nutrients that machine-drying destroys.

Cold-Pressed in Wooden Churns
Using traditional wooden churns (chekku), the dried copra is cold-pressed at ambient temperature. This ancient method, passed down through generations, extracts the purest oil without the damaging heat of modern expellers. Every drop retains the full spectrum of natural antioxidants and lauric acid.

Triple Filtration & Purity Testing
